备用电源-固态继电器应用|惠木电子

 备用电源又称应急电源,是一种在紧急状况下主电源无法正常工作的时候,代替主电源为负载供电的装置。根据电力来源的不同,可分为蓄电池式备用电源,和发电机式备用电源:前者由充电器,逆变器,蓄电池,双电源切换开关等组成;后者由发电机组,隔离变压器,双电源切换开关组成。备用电源常见于工业,商业,消防等领域。

The backup power supply is a device that replaces the main power supply to supply power to the load when the main power supply fails to work normally in an emergency. EPS备用电源


简介:

EPS备用电源由逆变器,整流器,充电器,蓄电池,隔离变压器、控制器、切换开关等组成。EPS应急电源适用于感性负载(如气体放电灯、荧光灯、电机类)和阻性负载(如白炽灯) ,因此EPS常见于消防等领域。

工作原理:

1.在非紧急情况,主电源处于工作状态,备用电源通过充电装置为蓄电池充电。

2.在紧急情况,双电源切换开关在极短的时间内(毫秒级)将负载从主电源切换到备用电源。

3.此时主电源处于关闭状态,备用电源为负载提供电力。

4.当主电源恢复正常后,双电源切换开关瞬间切换回主电源。

固态继电器的作用:

1.切换主电源和备用电源的工作状态。

Introduction:

EPS is suitable for inductive loads (such as gas discharge lamps, fluorescent lamps, motors) and resistive loads (such as incandescent lamps), so EPS is commonly used in firefighting and other fields.

Working principle:

1. In non-emergency situations, the main power supply is in working condition, and the backup power supply charges the battery through the charging device.

2. In an emergency, the dual power supply switch switches the load from the main power supply to the backup power supply in a very short time (millisecond level).

3. At this time, the main power supply is off, and the backup power supply provides power to the load.

4. When the main power supply returns to normal, the dual power supply switch instantly switches back to the main power supply.

The role of solid state relays:

1. Switch the working status of main power supply and backup power supply.

UPS备用电源由变压器,充电器,蓄电池等组成。UPS只适用于容性负载,因此常见于计算机等领域。

工作原理:

1.在非紧急情况,电网向备用电源充电,备用电源同时为负载供电。

2.在紧急情况,切换开关切断备用电源和电网的连接。

3.备用电源在没有电网供电的情况下,继续为负载供电。

固态继电器的作用:

1.控制备用电源和电网之间的连接状态。
